岗位职责:Business Management Activities:1. Develop brand / product business and marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics, delivering value added results through superior execution. 2. Translate overall project objectives to specific work group priorities and coordinate with inter-functional areas to ensure project progress to completion. Develop monitor plan metrics to track and control effectiveness of activities, and accurately identify any deviations from plans. Carries out post implementation reviews and shares learning in order to improve future events.3. Work with research team/ external research agency to develop product and market research plans and analyze data to identify issues and brand specific opportunities. 4. Able to synthesize disparate market data from multiple sources. Establish links between data and identify and evaluate consumer needs and market trends to develop brand and strategy/ tactics to exploit opportunities and minimize weaknesses.5. Manage sales and product contribution, including A recommending appropriate adjustments to meet objectives established in annual and long-ranged plan.8. Project on monthly basis product sales forecast and co-ordinate with production planning team to assure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.9. To allocate resources (e.g. time, dollars…) consistent with priorities. Takes appropriate action in conditions of uncertainty. 10. Takes steps to understand external customer and/or internal client needs and translates this knowledge into effective decisions. 11. Develop product packaging that complies with internal / external process shows consistency among principles, values and behaviors. 任职资格:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities1. Language skills: - Fluent in English (Verbal and Written) and Chinese2. Interpersonal skills:- Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive collaboration- Teamwork spirit with passion- Mature personality and integrity with a clear career objective- Good communication skill. Able to translate complex information that customers and consumers will understand.3. Education and Experience- University graduate or equivalent preferably with major in marketing and/or nutrition related study.4. Experience:- Minimum 4-8 years marketing experience, preferably in handling FMCGs5. Functional skills:- Good understanding of computer software applications (e.g. spreadsheet,, presentation, word processing), and good numerical skills of business analytics.
