Job Description： ?Packaging material research and development; ?Packaging sustainability; ?Innovation packaging; ?E-commerce packaging; ?Artwork design prepress development; ?Packaging cost optimization; ?Transportation safety; ?Packaging automation; ?Other packaging daily works. TALENT Requirement： ?Bachelor or Master students ?Packaging/Printing/Material/Engineering related majors ?Available for min 1 year to base in RB factories for TALENT development ?Basic understanding of Packaging technology and development ?Creative, innovative, proactive, and passionate ?Work independently as well as within a team environment ?Good communication skill and project/time management ?Good English skill both in writing and speaking
