Sales Training Manager-Ecommerce(销售培训经理 - 电商）工作职责? Conduct training need analysis in collaboration with line managers and HR//BPs to identify training needs? Work out annual training plan, monitor, implement and review training programs with agreed objectives, measure and enlarge impact to sales business. ? Design, deliver, and planning on sales training program based on MJN standard process and enlarge impact to sales performance. ? Develop sales training program and training deck according to training needs identified ? Maintain and improve quality standard in training / learning to ensure appropriate KPIs to be achieved ? Evaluate program delivery, learning methods and customer satisfaction to ensure training effectiveness? Identify supervisor’s capability development and conduct field coaching while provide feedback with action plan.?
