职位要求
岗位职责: Support new reimbursement model to handle trade promotion activity in an effective and transparency way. Duel with distributors for daily settlement management, compare distributor statement and reconcile discrepancy monthly. Keep effective communication with distributors, sales team and other cross function team to manage problematic issues and provide professional advice in responsible area. Provide coaching to subordinate and support building a high-performance team with high standard in document checking to assure compliance requirement. Provide training to distributors, sales team and subordinate for the new reimbursement model and document requirement. Optimize the processing of trade promotion settlement. Develop and standardize policies and procedures. Provide timely and relevant financial information to line manager for decision making. Evaluate and enhance timely settlement and accuracy with distributor and sales team to drive working efficiency. Drive productivity in every spending area to support business growth and maximize shareholder value. Review and filing the supporting documents/reports. Assist in the completion of internal and external audit requirement.Support/take part in ad-hoc projects. 任职资格:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales finance function with Min. 1 year in supervisor role above Solid experience in dueling with Retailers & distributorsSolid experience in trade expenses result checking Project management skills.Deliver results under pressure and work independently, sometime work overtime Strong leadership skill to engage and influence the team to achieve targetEducation: Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration, and Member of recognized accounting bodies (e.g. CICPA, ACCA, AICPA) Mastery knowledge in financial accounting, management accounting and financial process Understanding of local Chinese taxation and regulation
